This approach steers clear of sleep training techniques or separation-based methods. As the name implies, Baby-Led Sleep is entirely focused on your baby’s needs, guiding you towards improved sleep.
As a Baby-Led Sleep and Well-Being Specialist, I am here to help you assemble all the pieces of the sleep puzzle. Together, we’ll identify the root causes of your baby’s night wakes, and I will provide you with the tools you need to address them. I will never ask you to leave your baby to cry or have their needs unmet.
Throughout our sessions, you will grasp the natural stages of your child’s development and set age-appropriate sleep expectations. What to Expect?
A rule of thumb is to remember that every baby is UNIQUE!
While you might hear a friend or two tell you about how their babies effortlessly slept through the night, it is important to know that such cases are rare. Therefore, during consultation and sleep coaching, there is no one-size-fits-all solution. Even siblings will have a different plan that focuses on their specific needs and traits.
What we will be working on is managing night wakes and extending stretches of sleep, all while taking into consideration the well-being of your baby and you.
